To Be A Mommy...

Is the greatest gift I could have ever been given. Reese Nicole-Frances, was born on the 2 year anniversary of my father's passing, turning November 24th from a day of mourning, in to a day of celebration - a celebration of LIFE.

I didn't think I was ever going to be able to conceive a child. It took almost 4 years, but we were truly blessed with such an amazing child. Because I was about to be a mommy, I learned to be healthy for the first time in almost 15 years. I stretched beyond my own comfort zone, faced my insecurities that I buried ALIVE and flat out became a different woman - a healthy woman.

My daughter changed my life the moment I found out I was pregnant. She saved me. She saved my relationship. She turned me from this little girl in to a WOMAN.

To be a mommy, means sacrifice. I sacrifice, I protect, I love unconditionally, I nurture - all because I AM A MOMMY <3
